In your browser
When you tick a day or press Mark as read, the day’s number is saved in this browser’s storage, along with the translation you chose for the Read it links, and which parts of a deep dive you’ve read to the end. That’s all. It stays on this device, and clearing the browser’s data for this site erases it. The plan page’s “Clear my ticks” does the same.
Not kept
There are no accounts yet, no cookies, no advertising and no tracking. The site isn’t counting visits yet; when it does, it will count pages anonymously, the way One Drunk to Another does, and this page will say exactly what.
Coming
Sign-in with Google, so your progress can follow you between devices, and private notes on each day. Notes will be locked in your browser before they’re saved, so not even this site can read them. This page will be updated, before either arrives, to say what’s stored and what isn’t.
Search engines
Every page asks search engines not to list it, so the site is found only by people who have the link.
Links out
Read it links open BibleGateway, and video links open BibleProject. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
